Sure you could download Candy Crush or some such nonsense. Or, you could do yourself a favor and download this instructional from Roli. This app corrected mistakes I have made for years as well as making my leglock game more efficient. Straightforward and complete instruction for any level.

Good for people new to ankle locks.
If you dont know the basics of finishing a straight ankle lock this is a great place to get them. If you already are good at straight ankle locks there will be one or two useful things for you most likely. The app could have been a little better organized and there were a few parts left in that I think were meant to be edited out. But the content was good and audio and video quality are good.

In my 15 years of grappling I have never seen anything like this. Roli has taken knowledge from his training in Catch, Hayastan, Sambo, BJJ and broke down the best quality of each to make a not only any competition dangerous leglock instructional but a IBJJF legal one as well. If you are a serious competitor or avid leglock enthusiast u would be crazy not to buy this app. I know my leglocks have already grown from Roli teachings.
